Accused Eaton Drug Dealer Has Bail Reduced

Bail has been reduced for an Eaton man accused of fentanyl and meth distribution in Northern Colorado from $1 million down to $200,000.  The Greeley Tribune reports 26 year old German Baez was in court Tuesday where his attorney, Benjamin Iddings, requested she drop his bond from $1 million cash to $100,000.  Deputy District Attorney Michael Deschenes, however, requested the judge leave the bond where it was.   His attorney said Baez has no previous criminal history and has family in the area who would be willing to help him out.
