Ranger On Leave After Harrassment Charges Filed In Larimer County

A Larimer County Department of Natural Resources ranger is on paid leave after being arrested in Weld County on harassment allegations.  The Coloradoan reports 30 year old Christopher Gardner was arrested June 3 by the Weld County Sheriff’s Office on allegations related to an off-duty incident.   Gardner has been charged with misdemeanor harassment. It  stems from a July 2025 incident involving Gardner and a woman he had been in a relationship with. The two got in an argument, during which the woman had to physically remove Gardner from her house in Severance.  Gardner later followed the woman in her vehicle, according to the charges, driving aggressively, tailgaiting, honking his horn, and flashing his lights.”
