Loveland City Council Gives Initial OK To Buildings Purchase

Loveland City Council on Tuesday gave initial nods to the $12 million purchase of buildings that have been operated by a Christian publisher and the $1.2 million purchase of a unit in a former outlet mall. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, the nine-member council voted unanimously to give first-reading approval to the acquisition of an 89,000-square-foot administration building at 1515 Cascade Ave. and an adjacent 33,000-square-foot warehouse at 1615 Cascade Ave.
