Loveland and Larimer County offices will be closed on Thursday in observance of the Juneteenth National Independence Day holiday. In Loveland, city offices, the library, museum and recycling center will be closed, according to the Loveland Reporter Herald. Golf courses, the Winona Pool and Chilson Recreation and Senior Center will be open. COLT buses will be running and the Loveland Visitors Center will be open as well. Residential trash collection that normally takes place on Thursdays will be delayed until Friday.
