Loveland City Council Ward 2 representative Dana Foley Monday, officially launched his re-election campaign, asking for four more years to bring what he calls a “solutions-oriented” mindset to the dais. The Loveland Reporter Herald reports first elected in 2021, Foley doesn’t dispute that his first term was bumpy at times, including the “textgate” records case, to the contentious departures of the City Manager and City Attorney to the special counsel investigation of Foley and three of his colleagues into allegations of open meeting violations, which eventually cleared the four.
