City Clerk Says Signatures Collected Against Loveland Lawmaker Are Valid

The effort to remove Loveland City Council Ward 3 representative Erin Black is moving forward. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, on Tuesday, the City Clerk’s Office confirmed that at least 1,322 signatures collected during a petition drive are valid, meeting the threshold required to trigger a special election. Amanda Master, one of the drive’s sponsors,  launched the recall effort in late April, in the wake of a March confrontation at Dwayne Webster Park between Black and Loveland resident Dillon Kaiser.
