A 20 year old man has been indicted by a Weld County Grand Jury for fatally shooting a teen in his car in 2021. The Greeley Tribune reports Greeley police arrested 20 year old Moises Rodriguez-Nunez Tuesday night after the grand jury issued an indictment on a first-degree murder after deliberation charge for murdering Jacob Fooshee in October of 2021.
