The man killed in the police shooting that occurred on May 14th, 2025 in the 1900 block of 2nd Street, in Greeley, has been identified as 35 year old Sean Michael Ybarra of Greeley. Following the shooting Mr. Ybarra was transported to a local where he was pronounced dead in the emergency room as a result of his injuries. The incident remains under investigation by the Weld County Critical Incident Response Team, which will release additional information as it becomes available.
