July Court Hearing Set On Centerra South Complaint

A Loveland resident continues to seek injunctions to invalidate the board’s approvals of the Centerra South mixed-use development and rein in what he sees as its violations of Colorado open-meetings laws. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, barbershop owner Bill Jensen on April 30 filed an emergency motion in 8th Judicial District Court in Fort Collins. A district judge has scheduled a July 15 hearing which is likely to include both motions.
