Brett Heller has been named as the next superintendent in the Thompson School District. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, Heller, currently serving as superintendent for the School Town of Munster, a school district in Indiana, will begin work at the start of the upcoming school year. He replaces current Superintendent Marc Schaffer, who has served in the position for seven years. Schaffer announced earlier this year that he had accepted a new position in a school district in Chicago, his hometown.
