A judge on Monday continued a hearing on Loveland City Council member Erin Black’s request for a permanent protection order against Dillon Kaiser. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, the Ward 3 representative claimed that Kaiser has repeatedly violated the temporary order in recent weeks and the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office has not responded to her complaints. Black was granted a temporary protection order in April following a confrontation with Kaiser at Dwayne Webster Park.
