The Loveland Police Department honored law enforcement and other service members who died in the line of duty during a Thursday ceremony recognizing National Peace Officers Memorial Day. The Loveland Reporter Herald reports the ceremony consisted of a presentation of the colors, a keynote address, and the reading of names of Colorado Peace Officers who died in the line of duty in the last year, as well as all recorded Larimer County Peace Officers who have died in the line of duty.
