Man Arrested After Police Pursuit In Evans

A man who led police on a chase, ran several red lights and drove into oncoming traffic,  is in the Weld County Jail.   Evans Police arrested 24-year-old Jamie Flores on March 19 after disabling his vehicle with spike strips at 47th Avenue and 29th Street following a brief pursuit, according to an affidavit for his arrest. Once his vehicle was disabled, police had to use a pepper-spray projectile to get him out, reports the Greeley Tribune.    Flores faces charges of felony eluding, obstructing an officer and resisting arrest.
