Judge Finds Cause To Proceed With Case Against Greeley Man In Nursing Home Sex Assault Case

Devon McCormick, the Greeley man accused of attempting to sexually assault a resident dependent on nurse care at a Loveland care facility last year, will face felony charges after a Larimer County judge found probable cause in the case against him on Thursday. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald,  McCormick, 22, appeared before 8th Judicial District Court Judge Joseph Findley at the Larimer County Justice Center in Fort Collins on Thursday afternoon for a one-hour preliminary hearing.
