19 Year Old Loveland Man Arrested For Menacing Incident

The Loveland Police Department cuffed a 19-year-old Loveland man Monday in connection to a felony menacing incident in late March. The Loveland Reporter Herald reports Joseph Excel Eugene Hollowell is accused of attempting to trespass into vehicles near Boyd Lake.  Police  arrested Hollowell on Monday when the LPD SWAT team executed an arrest warrant at the Autumn Lakes Apartments along East 23rd Street. The arrest resulted in the LPD posting on social media about the SWAT operation and asking people to avoid the area if possible, though residents were not required to stay inside.
