Suspect In Tesla Dealership Vandalism Pleads Not Guilty

A Lyons resident accused of vandalizing the Loveland Tesla dealership and throwing Molotov cocktails in the parking lot, has pleaded not guilty to the federal felony charges against her. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, 42 year old Lucy Nelson  pleaded not guilty to two counts of possession of an unregistered firearm as a destruction device and attempted malicious destruction of property.  The judge said while no trial date was set during the Tuesday hearing,  the trial must be held by May 14 due to court regulations.
