At a study session in Loveland on Tuesday, Scott Schorling from the city’s Economic Development division will update the council on the status of the Colo. 402 plan and potential strategies for giving it a boost. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, the 257-page highway plan provides an in-depth analysis of market and land use conditions along the Colo. 402 corridor, stretching from South Taft Avenue on the west to Interstate 25 on the east, and then south along the interstate for 2,000 acres. It also incorporates feedback from an extensive public engagement process.
