An inmate was found seriously injured in his cell at the Larimer County Jail on Monday night. The Coloradoan reports a Larimer County Jail deputy conducting routine status checks found a 44-year-old man unresponsive in his cell about 6:15 p.m. Monday, according to a Larimer County Sheriff’s Office news release. Additional deputies and medical staff at the jail responded and provided first aid, then the inmate was transported to the hospital.
