Man To Face Attempted Murder Counts In Two Alleged Road Rage Incidents

Justin Vanpelt,  accused of shooting at two separate vehicles in  two alleged road rage incidents in 2023, will face attempted murder charges among several others as an 8th Judicial District Court Judge found probable cause in the case against him Thursday. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, the 46 year old appeared virtually for the conclusion of a preliminary hearing for the case that began in late January.  Prosecutors were given time to  prepare an argument in regard to the three counts of attempted murder that Vanpelt faces, specifically if they meet the definition of extreme indifference.
