Loveland City Council Acts On Centerra South Zoning Change Proposals

Loveland City Council  voted 6 to 2 this week to approve requested zoning amendments, with some conditions, for the future Centerra South project.   According to the Loveland Reporter Herald,  for more than five and a half hours, council members listened to presentations, questioned city staff and developers and heard public comment before  debating over the merits and drawbacks of adding thousands of new housing units to the development.
