$800K Grant To Pave County Roads Outside Eaton

An $800,000 grant is earmarked for paving stretches of two county roads outside Eaton.  According to the Greeley Tribune, Weld County Road 76 between Weld 29 and 31, as well as Weld 72 between Weld 33 and 35 will be upgraded, according to a county news release. In preparation of the construction, the stretch of Weld 76 will be closed through March 27 while crews relocate underground utilities and rebuild irrigation structure.   Work is anticipated to start in June, and construction will be completed by an outside contractor.
