In Boulder, police say a man is facing extortion and fraud charges after he allegedly tried to pay several undocumented workers using bad checks and then threatened to report them to ICE when they asked for their money. Police say Chad Faubus hired the workers to do various projects around his home and wrote checks ranging from $500 to $4,000, but those checks all bounced.
