With the dominos falling upon John Kefalas leaving the State Senate and Joann Ginal moving into that seat, Larimer County Democrats Thursday will name a replacement for Ginal in the State House.
A panel of about 60 members of the county Democratic Party will make the selection from among four people who have expressed interest in filling out the remainder of Ginal’s term for House District 52.
