Competency Hearing Ordered For Man Accused Of Killing His Mother

A competency hearing has been ordered by a judge in the case of Michael Fuller, the Loveland man accused of murdering his mother late last year.  The 30 year old appeared before Judge  Laurie Dean in Fort Collins on Wednesday morning,  reports the Loveland Reporter Herald, during which time she noted that Jacob Goldstein, one of Fuller’s attorneys, had filed a motion regarding his client being questioned for incompetence.  Prosecutors objected to Fuller being found incompetent during the hearing and instead requested that he receive an evaluation, which Dean agreed to.
