Motorcyclist injured after striking manure hauler

A motorcyclist spent the night in the hospital after breaking a leg as a result of his bike striking a manure hauler south of Loveland last evening. The man was thrown from his motorcycle after hitting the Rocky Mountain Dairy truck in the 2000 block of South Larimer County Road 7 around five yesterday. The State Patrol reports the man clipped the truck while attempting to pass it as the truck was readying to make a left turn into the dairy’s driveway.
