Loveland’s Police Department will start enforcing the rules of The Foundry’s downtown parking garage next month. According to the reporterherald, officers will also crack down on skateboarding, roller-skating and in-line skating in the garage as well as sleeping in stairwells, elevators and cars. The “New Garage Rules” go into effect on Feb. 1. The city-owned facility remains the only public parking garage in downtown Loveland.
