20 Congressman voted against the Keystone pipeline, 2 live in Colorado - Polis and Perlmutter.  Ballot initiative 124 would force school boards and union negotiations to open the door to the public.  Larimer County will have 2 tax hikes on the ballot, one for Larimer Humane Society and one for open spaces.  Jesse Ventura wins a lawsuit against Chris Kyle, who was murdered by a fellow veteran.

Steve King was running for Sheriff, has withdrawn, 3 felony charges have been filed against him.  ESPN gives a week suspension to the host who implied women shouldn’t get a man so mad he hits her.  The continuing soap opera of El Paso County Sheriff Terry Maketa.  Ft. Collins City Council public meeting last night about the bag fee ordinance and what happened.

Collins City Council open meeting to discuss bag fee (tax) tonight at Fossil Ridge HS.  Ethnic studies class will be taught in a Fresno school district and residents are upset the teacher is white.  How to be a better writer seems basic in closing yourself in a room with no distractions.  Tom tries to be optimistic even when it comes to the President and foreign policy.

On location at the Greeley County Club.  Steve LaForest, Chair of the Greeley Chamber joins us to talk about his role in the Chamber.  Rockies just can’t get anything correct and now they have misspelled Troy Tulowitzki’s name.  Wikipedia has put a 10 day hold allowing any anonymous changes being allowed from IP address coming from the House of Representatives.  6 companies that were started in a garage and worth billions of dollars now.
