Trooper hurt in wreck on snowy roads

Colorado State Patrol Charger

A Colorado state trooper was hurt Wednesday afternoon as the blizzard moved into the state. It happened on US Highway 160 in Montezuma County. State police say the trooper was in his patrol car responding to another incident when it was rear-ended by another driver. Both that driver and the trooper are expected to be okay. Last month, Cpl. Dan Groves was killed when the bomb cyclone hit. He was struck by a driver that lost control on a slick I-76.
