Man dies from his injuries in officer-involved shooting

A man who was shot by a Larimer County deputy on Monday has died from his injuries. Loveland police didn’t release the 25-year-old’s name. He was shot on Monday after a deputy ran him off the road following a disturbance at a home in the Red Feather Lakes area. Police say the man got out of the car with a gun and that’s when the deputy shot him. Loveland police are leading the investigation into the officer-involved shooting. The deputy who fired the shot is on administrative leave in the meantime.
