Ethics complaint decision in case against Sen. Vicki Marble postponed

A decision about an ethics complaint against state Senator Vicki Marble has been postponed for another month. Marble is under investigation for a dinner last February at CB & Potts Restaurant that was paid for by Extraction Oil and Gas. People who attended the dinner say it was nothing more than a pro-oil and gas industry ad. Ethics Commission members expressed some doubts about the testimony on Marble’s behalf, calling it evasive and not credible. A vote is expected on the complaint during their March 5th meeting.
