Greeley municipal judge regains post after lengthy hearing


An early morning decision means the municipal judge for Greeley will retain that seat going forward. Judge Brandilynn Nieto will be sanctioned by the City Council for asking clerks to post reviews for a bail bonds business online, a request called “questionable, bordering on unethical” by a Larimer County prosecutor earlier this year. She will, however, remain on the bench after a hearing by the council ended about 2:30 this morning.
