Former school bus driver pleads guilty in child sex sting

A former school bus driver from Westminster has agreed to a guilty plea on charges tied to his attempt to meet with what he believed was a 14-year old boy. 66-year old Phillip Ogren had come to Evans to meet with the teen, though he actually had been communicating with a Department of Homeland Security agent posing as a child. Ogren’s plea comes on charges of criminal attempt to commit sex assault and sexual exploitation of a child. He’ll be sentenced in December.
